From her early days in the Rockford real estate market to her eventual move to Chicago to join her now-husband, a renowned jazz musician and professor, her journey is one of growth, love, and continuous learning. They have built a life in Arlington Heights, raising two college-aged children and cherishing moments with their pets and through shared passions for music, dance, and theater.

Her efforts in founding and involvement with Team Dance Illinois and previous involvement with the Illinois Drill Team Association underscore her commitment to enriching the lives of young performers.
